Harrogate vibes 🌸
Judy and Richard made us feel like family straight away, with amazing tips for checking out the local scene. The brekkie was a feast, especially those homemade sausages—lekker! the permits for parking outside made my life way easier, so chill!

My stay at The Welford was delightful, thanks to the warm hospitality of Richard and Judy. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was simply outstanding, particularly the homemade sausages and the lovely variety of fresh fruits.
No complaints whatsoever.

Had a wonderful stay with fantastic breakfast options and a super cozy room that made me feel right at home. The lovely garden and a comfy lounge area were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a tiny note—the shower pressure could've been a bit better, but it didn't spoil the overall experience at all! 😊

Exceptional location, quiet street, free parking
Room sizes could be improved. sharing bathroom facilities was a hassle for me!!! Cigarette smell lingered in my room, which made it uncomfortable!!! Limited check-in hours were quite inconvenient!!!

The twin room was clean and super comfy. Love the fluffy towels and the hot shower was on point! There’s even a plug socket under the mirror, which was super handy. It's not huge, but perfect for a few nights. The bedding was soft, I slept like a baby! Just a cozy vibe all around, made me feel right at home.

Delicious breakfasts featuring homemade sausages from Richard's butcher shop, along with a welcoming ambiance and consistently warm hospitality from the owners made our stay memorable. The location is perfect, just a short stroll from the city centre with permit parking available.
Room size is compact, so it may feel a bit snug for some, but that's manageable for short stays.

Highly recommend for families
The hosts were extremely welcoming, Richard even helped us with local tips and carried our luggage to the room. Breakfast was superb, fresh fruit, cooked-to-order omelettes, and delicious sausages made right on the premises.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but every penny was worth it.
